ICECA 2025

The conference is open to Academicians, Researchers, Industry leaders, Activists, NGOs, Policy Makers and Students at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels to share their work, build collaborations, and contribute to a collective vision for sustainability and climate resilience.

Poster presentations may include up to three authors, while oral presentations may be conducted by up to two co-presenters. However, fees will apply to each individual presenter, even in group presentations.

Yes. All registered participants, presenters, and attendees will receive certificates. Awards will also be given for the best poster and oral presentations.

No. Accommodation will not be provided for participants. All attendees must make their own lodging arrangements. Our hospitality team will guide you to book accommodation at nearby hotels.

Yes. Participants who register for the "with trip" package will be transported to the field trip site on August 2, 2025. Further details will be shared prior to the event.

Yes, for foreign nationals only. They may attend virtually by paying a $50 registration fee. Virtual participants will receive a digital participation certificate and access to livestreamed keynote sessions and selected panels.
