Travel & Stay
To ensure a smooth experience at ICECA 2025, please take note of the following travel and accommodation arrangements:
- Self-Arrangement: All participants (students and professors) are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.
- Assistance: For help finding hotels or travel options in Chattogram, please contact the logistics team at ICECA@auw.edu.bd. A suggested location for Hotel Agrabad is provided in the map section below.
- Field Trip Transport: Registered participants selecting the trip package will be provided transport to the designated field trip site on August 2, 2025. Selected participants will be informed and updated through email.
